Birthday Boy!

My baby turned ONE!

No party til next week, but I made a yummy applesauce cake (from Cathe at MDC) with organic whipped cream and raspberries.


Knitting progress:
The legwarmers are done! Still no pix until my swap pal gets them ;)
I've started another pair, for my other swap pal. These are for her dd, who was very specific about what she wants, so no need to keep secrets - I'll post pix as soon as it's more exciting than an inch of black ribbing

Knitting with friends

Finally got a chance to get together with the MDC Portland SnB!
Had SuperBabe with me, so not much knitting was done, but it was nice to put faces to the names.

Not much knitting or online time this weekend. My house is sparkling clean, though! DH went fishing Sat morning (his b-day) and I finally tackled the paper mountain on the desk!
We grilled, had some drinks and watched movies.
